Before we start: The Ignition Date
Once engaged, we send a short access request for your platforms. The 10-day clock doesn't start when you sign - it starts on the Ignition Date, the business day after we verify 100% of platform access is working. This protects both parties and ensures the sprint runs at full pace from day one.
